Art....
Most recent painting.
Promised fulfilled after almost a year; I had promised my sister of ganesha's painting may be a year ago and that totally ran out my mind due to routine chores, then finally I decided to take time, and am actually proud of how it turned out and the fact I made time for my self 😌😄. The serendipity and tranquility found in what you actually love can be found in nothing else.
Steps followed:
1. Drew a sketch on canvas (size- your preference, can get in any store).
2. First painted the light shades
3.Followed by darker ones shades.
4.Made modifications as needed like near the belly I wanted a mix of dark and light.
5. For ganesha's head I accidentally painted darker shade of gray so I used some white to correct it and give that flow aspect.
4.Finally outlined using black.
6. Made final strokes to look more realistic with darker followed by lighters shades to make it pop out.
Fell in love with oil paints after this particular painting.
I gifted this to someone for house warming.

Oil paints take usually long to dry (about a week).
This is my favorite - I always longed to have Kolkata Durga, but was too scared it might break in journey. So made it :). Here is summary of how
1. Drew a sketch on foam board (light yellow almost skin color) not very thick.
2. Cute into shape.
3.Painted using oil paints, used gold glitter spray for crown look and glue glitters for emboss look and feel
Simple but lovely :)
(Note: Can add small sparkling stones if you want to go more fancy)
(Ganesha )
This is very simple. Followed same procedure that I followed for Kolkata Durga.
Here I wanted to get more of leafy effect. So used a bottle green shade of foam board.
1. Drew a sketch ,cut it into shape.
2. Finished it with glitters and paints
